Are your items authentic? Is this website trusted?
I have been selling since 2015, so feel free to check out my reviews on eBay and Etsy. I try my best to accurately describe the condition of each item. They are tested and authenticated by me before each shipment unless stated otherwise. Tamagotchi branded items are 100% Bandai authentic or your money back. My store also carries stock of other virtual pets and odd pets like Sega, Takara Tomy, and other brands, which are specified in the listings.
What are the payment options?
Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners and UnionPay (UnionPay is not yet available to all users)
Accepted Debit Cards: VISA & MasterCard
What is your return policy?
Domestic returns are accepted within 14 days as long as the item is in the same condition it is recieved in. For example, if an item is sold as new and has been opened, this will not qualify under my return policy. A return shipping label will be provided at no extra cost. International returns are not accepted at the moment. Photos are not stock, and items are as seen in photos. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact me directly.
Where are you located? What countries do you ship to?
Moonlight Mouse is located in Oregon, USA, and ships both domestically and internationally. Certain countries in South America, Central America, and Africa are excluded. If you are unable to checkout because of this, please send me an inquiry and I might be able to find an alternative shipping method for you.

Promotional codes can be found through my social media accounts and website emails periodically. I accept custom orders and inquiries if you're looking for specific items. I can also create custom bundle orders depending on the items.
